Yes! We know how important pets are which is why we designed a state-of-the-art pet grooming and bath station alongside our fully fenced dog park. Additionally, the property and Uncommons have multiple dog waste stations and dog water bowls for use as well. Many of our neighboring restaurants are also pet friendly.

There is a monthly pet rent of $50 per pet, plus a one-time security pet deposit of $150 and a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $300.

There are no hard-and-fast restrictions, though we recommend scheduling your move-in during regular business hours (Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM). We can accommodate after hours with a pre-move in process. Please contact the leasing team for scheduling.

Your leasing professional will work with you to select an available move-in date once your application and lease are approved. Our team will assist with scheduleing the loading doc and preparing all items for your move in date.

Each household’s first vehicle is included in our lifestyle fee; a second vehicle requires a monthly parking fee of $75.

We do not have any guest spots available; however, UnCommons has several parking garages that are accessible to guests.

$500 security deposit for qualified applicants, higher deposits equal to one months rent will be applied if necessary.
